The rice ukulele is an original design by Ka Lani The Strings modeled in the shape of a rice grain. It uses the gorgeous Hawaiian Koa wood for the top, side and back of the body. The characteritics of the Koa produces. As the "embryo bud" becomes a cutway, the body size is maintained by 12th fret  joints, creating a model with a more solid sound. It also uses gear type pegs created by Goto, to make tuning more smooth. Please enjoy this uniquely crafted Rice Ukulele.
